Referendums Amendment Regulations 2008

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Referendums Amendment
Regulations 2008.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Referendums Regulations 1984.

4.             Regulation 5 amended

Delete regulation 5 and insert:

5.             Ballot papers — Daylight Saving Act 2006

The ballot papers to be used at the referendum under
the Daylight Saving Act 2006 section 5 are to be in the
form of Form 2 in Schedule 1.

5.             Schedule 1 amended

In Schedule 1 delete Form 2 and insert:
