REDUCTION OF RENTS CONTINUANCE.

No. 11 of 1933.

AN ACT to continue the operation of the Reduction of

Rents Act, 1931.

[Assented to 21st October, 1933.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byCouncil and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, inand with the advice and consent of the Legislative

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows:—

1. Tins Act may be cited as the Reduction of Rents Act Short title.

Continuance Act, 1933, and shall be read as one with the Reduction of Rents Act, 1.931 (No. 21 of 1931.), hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

2.    (1.) The principal Act shall continue in force until the Continuance of Act.

end of the -year nineteen hundred and thirty-four, and no

longer.

(2.) Section nine of the principal Act is amended by deleting the words "thirty-three" and inserting in lieu there- of the words "thirty-four."
