REDUCTION OF RENTS

CONTINUANCE.

AN ACT to continue the operation of the Reduction of

Rents Act, 1931.

[Assented to 20th December, 1932.]

Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in

]3E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byand with the advice and consent of the Legislative

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows:—

Tins Act may be cited as the Reduction of Rents Act Continuance Act, 1932, and shall be read as one with the Re- duction of Rents Act, 1931 (No. 21 of 1931), hereinafter re- ferred to as the principal Act.

Short title.

Continuance of A 2.

(1.) The principal Act shall continue in force until the

end of the year nineteen hundred and thirty-three, and no

longer.

(2.) Section nine of the principal Act is amended by de- leting the words "thirty-two" and inserting in lieu thereof the words "thirty-three."
