1694 Redland Shire Council (Clarification of Boundaries) Act 1990, No. 100 BE IT ENACTED by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- 1. Short title . This Act may be cited as the Redland Shire Council (Clarification of Boundaries) Act 1990. 2. Interpretation . In this Act- "Area of the Shire" means the Area of the Shire under the Local Government Act 1936 as amended from time to time; "area to which this Act applies" means an area of land- (a) that is below high-water mark (whether or not it is also below low-water mark); and (b) that is or was part of the islands of Russell, Karragarra, .Macleay, Lamb and Perulpa, in the county of Stanley, parish of Russell; and (c) in relation to which a certificate of title has been issued under the Real Property Act 1861 as amended from time to time; "Order in Council" means the Order in Council dated 10 May 1973 made under the Local Government Act 1936-1973 in relation to the Shire and published in the Gazette of 12 May 1973 at page 246; "Shire" means the Shire of Redland. 3. Clarification of boundaries . (1) It is declared that each area to which this Act applies- (a) is included in the Area of the Shire; and (b) has been included in that Area at all times on and after 12 May 1973. (2) This section has effect despite the Order in Council. 4. Validity of actions. Without limiting section 3, it is declared that an act or tiling done, or omitted to be done, before the commencement of this Act- (a) was never invalid merely because; and (b) must not be called in question in any action or proceeding on the ground that;
