AN ACT for the Redistribution of Seats at
Parliamentary Elections.

| 1. | This Act may be cited as the Redistribution of Seats Act, | Short title. |
1911, and shall come into operation on a date to be fixed by
proclamation.
| Notwithstanding anything contained in the Constitution Acts Amendment Act, 1899, to the contrary the ten Electoral Provinces shall be designated by the names stated in the first column of the First Schedule to this Act, and shall comprise the Electoral Districts stated in the second column of the said Schedule. | Electoral Provinces. |

3. Notwithstanding the alteration by this Act of the boundaries Seats of Members of

| Electoral Districts. | 4. The State shall be divided into fifty Electoral Districts, each |
returning one member to the Legislative Assembly.
Second Schedule. 5. Notwithstanding anything contained in the Constitution Acts
Amendment Act, 1899, the fifty Electoral Districts shall, until other- wise determined by Parliament, be designated by the names stated in the first column of the Second Schedule to this Act, and the boundaries of each Electoral District shall be as described in the second column of the said Schedule.
