direct and easy means of eonveyance for passengers and goods hetweenr the llailway Terminus at Uedfern and nunter-streed Sydney Ec it therefore enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty by and with the advice and conscnit of the Legislative Council and Eegislativc Assembly of New South Wales in Earliament assembled and by the authority of the same as follows :—

vested in Railway	4. The Commissioner for the purposes of this Act shall have all necessary rights of ingress and regress in to and over the surface of the land over which the said tramroad shall pass as is required for the

Short title. ’
