Application for approval of the RECRUITIQ On-Hire Employee Agreement 2011.
[1] Further to proceedings on 22 September 2011 concerning the application for the approval of the RECRUITIQ On-Hire Enterprise Agreement 2011, during which I raised a number of preliminary queries going to matters including pre-approval steps, whether the balloted group was fairly chosen and better off overall considerations, the applicant has today filed a notice of discontinuance. In the circumstances, the further listing scheduled for 29 September 2011 has been vacated and the proceedings are now concluded.
