RECREATION VEHICLES ACT 1983—REGULATION

(Relating to fees)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Recreation Vehicles Act 1983, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Commencement

1. This Regulation commences on 1 July 1993

Amendment

2. The Recreation Vehicles (General) Regulation 1985 is amended by omitting items 3, 4, 5. 6 and 7 from Schedule 4 and by inserting instead the following items:

3. Application for registration of a motor vehicle .........	30
4. Application for replacement registration plate .............	17
5. Application for replacement certificate of registration ..	12
6. Application for certificate under section 43 (a) of the Act	17
7. Application for copy of registered particulars ............	12

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Regulation increases fees payable in connection with the administration of

the Recreation Vehicles Act 1983.

This Regulation is made under that Act, including section 44 (the general

regulation-making power, in particular section 44 (1) (k)).
