Amendment (Fees) Regulation 1999

His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Recreation Vehicles Act 1983.

Explanatory note

The object of this Regulation is to increase certain fees payable in connection with the administration of the Recreation Vehicles Act 1983. This Regulation is made under the Recreation Vehicles Act 1983, including section 44 (the general regulation-making power, in particular, section 44 (1) (k)).

1 Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Recreation Vehicles (General) Amendment

(Fees) Regulation 1999.

2 Commencement

This Regulation commences on 1 July 1999.

3 Notes

The explanatory note does not form part of this Regulation.

4     Amendment of Recreation Vehicles (General) Regulation 1985

The Recreation Vehicles (General) Regulation 1985 is amended by omitting items 3, 4 and 6 from Schedule 4 and by inserting instead the following items:

3 Application for registration of a motor vehicle ................. $35
4 Application for replacement registration plate ................... $20
6 Application for certificate under section 43 (a) of the Act. $20
