s1 2 s3 Recreation Areas Management (Postponement) Regulation 2007 No. 56, 2007 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Recreation Areas Management (Postponement) Regulation 2007 . 2 Postponed commencement of uncommenced provisions (1) The period before automatic commencement, under the ActsInterpretationAct1954 , section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 2 May 2008. (2) In this section— postponed law means the provisions of the Recreation AreasManagement Act 2006 that are not in force. Editor’s note — The postponed law now automatically commences on 3 May 2008. 3 Expiry This regulation expires on 4 May 2008.
