This regulation may be cited as the Recreation Areas Management Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1997 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the RecreationAreasManagementRegulation1989 . ˙ Amendment of sch 2 (Recreation areas) 3. Schedule 2, item 1— omit, insert— ‘ 1. Fraser Island recreation area—the land and water shown on plan RAMA 4— (a) other than the land and water shown on inset L; 1 and (b) other than the lands described as lots 5 to 9 on plan CP825863 situated in the County of Fraser, containing an area of about 8.598 ha.’.
