This regulation may be cited as the Recreation Areas Management Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1994 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Recreation Areas Management Regulation1989 . ˙ Omission of ss 3–5 3. Sections 3 to 5— omit. ˙ Amendment of Sch 1 (Fees) 4. Schedule 1, paragraph (f)— omit, insert— ‘(f) Fee payable by commercial tour operator (including temporary commercial tour operator) for each person conveyed on a guided tour in a Recreation Area other than a person conveyed on an educational tour approved by the Board— • for Recreation Areas other than Green Island— for tour shorter than 3 hours . . . . . . . . . . . 1.15 for tour 3 hours or longer— for each day or part of a day . . . . . . . . . . . 2.30 • for Green Island Recreation Area— for each day or part of a day . . . . . . . . . . . 1.80’.
