AN ORDINANCE

To amend the Recovery of Lands Ordinance 1929.

BE it ordained by the Governor-General of the Commonwealth Council, in pursuance of the powers conferred by the Seat of of Australia, with the advice of the Federal Executive Government Acceptance Act 1909 and the Seat of Government
(Administration) Act 1910, as follows:—
1.— (1.) This Ordinance may be cited as the Recovery of Lands short title and oitMoa-
Ordinance 1930.

(2.) The Recovery of Lands Ordinance 1929, as amended by this Ordinance, may be cited as the Recovery of Lands Ordinance 1929-1930.

amended by omitting from Forms A, B and D the words "on o r " c e "e- 2. The Schedule to the Recovery of Lands Ordinance 1929 is Amendment ot

(wherever occurring).
