1. These regulations may be cited as the Recognised Hospital (Prescribed Hospitals)

Regulations, 1985.

2. These regulations shall take effect from 1 February 1985.

3. In these regulations unless the context otherwise requires:

"Act" means the South Australian Health Commission Act, 1975.

4. The hospitals specified in the Schedule are prescribe hospitals for the purposes of the

definition of "recognised hospital" in the Act.
