2 Reclamation of Land Amendment (No. 1) No. 149, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Reclamation of Land Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1992 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 1 July 1992. ˙ Amended regulation 3. The Reclamation of Land Regulation 1979 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Amendment of s.6 (Application) 4. Section 6(2)— omit, insert— ‘(2) The fee payable by an applicant is— (a) if the land is to be reclaimed for harbour, manufacturing, industrial, residential or business purposes—$379.30 plus $183.10 per 1 000 square metres (or part of that area) of the land to be reclaimed but not exceeding $18 888.00; or (b) if the land is to be reclaimed for any other purpose—$114.90. ’. ˙ Amendment of s.8 (Form of Notice of Objection) 5. Section 8(2)— omit ‘ 33.00 ’, insert ‘ 33.60 ’. ˙ Amendment of Schedule 6. Schedule (Form 3)— omit ‘ $33.00 ’, insert ‘ $33.60 ’.
