Part 1—Preliminary

1—Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Real Property Variation Regulations 2015.

2—Commencement

These regulations will come into operation on the day on which section 18 of the Real Property (Priority Notices and Other Measures) Amendment Act 2015 comes into operation.

3—Variation provisions

In these regulations, a provision under a heading referring to the variation of specified regulations varies the regulations so specified.

After Part 4 insert:

12A—Verification of identity requirements

The Verification of Identity Requirements issued by the Registrar‑General, as in force from time to time, are adopted as prescribed requirements for the purposes of section 273A(1) of the Act.

5—Variation of Schedule 1—Fees payable to Registrar-General

Schedule 1, table—after item 3 insert:

On lodgment of a priority notice under section 154A of the Act

On lodgment of an application to extend the duration of a priority notice under section 154G of the Act

$10.00

On lodgment of notice of withdrawal of a priority notice under section 154E of the Act
