AN ACT to amend section three of the Real
Property (Foreign Governments) Act, 1951.

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
Short title

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the Real Property (Foreign Govern- ments) Act, 1951-1964.

| 2. Section three of the principal Act is amended | amended. |
by adding after subsection (2), the following
subsection
(3) Notwithstanding the provisions of subsec- tion (1) of this section, the Government of the United States of America or a minister or member of that Government shall be capable of owning and being registered as the owner of an estate of leasehold in land in Western Australia being portion of the land that is constituted the townsite of Exmouth under the provisions of the Land Act, 1933, such portion of the land not to exceed an area of one hundred acres in the aggregate. .
