Commencement
2. These regulations will come into operation on 8 August 1991.
Revocation of Real Property Act
3. TheReal Property Act (Fees) Regulations 1990 (seeGazette 31 May 1990 p. 1504) are
revoked.
Interpretation
4. In these regulations, unless the contrary intention appears-
"the
Act" means theReal Property Act 1886.
5. (1) The fees set out in the schedule are payable to the Registrar-General.
