AN ORDINANCE

To amend the Real Property (Conversion of Titles) Ordinance

1967

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Ordinance under the Seat of Government (Administration) Act 1910.

REAL PROPERTY (CONVERSION OF TITLES) (AMENDMENT)

ORDINANCE 1977

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Real Property	(Conversion
of Titles) (Amendment)	Ordinance 1977.*

2 . This Ordinance shall come into operation on 3 October 1977.

3 . Section 12 of the Real Property (Conversion of Titles)

Authorised by the ACT Parliamentary Counsel—also accessible at

Ordinance 1967f is amended by omitting from sub-section (2) " , upon payment of the fee in accordance with section 66 of the Principal Ordinance,".
