1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Real Property Amendment (Priority Notices) Regulation 2016.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

Insert after item 21 of the Schedule:

Priority notices

21A On lodgment of a priority notice pursuant to section 74T $33.80
of the Act
21B On lodgment of an application for an extension of a $14.00
priority notice pursuant to section 74V of the Act
21C On withdrawal of a priority notice pursuant to section 74X $14.00
of the Act
