GORDON SAMUELS, Governor I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Real Property Amendment (Compensation) Act 2000, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 15 September 2000 as the day on which that Act (except Schedule 1 [11]) commences.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to commence the Real Property Amendment (Compensation) Act 2000 except for a provision concerning the certification of primary applications, dealings and caveats.
