AN ORDINANCE

To amend the Real Property Ordinance 1925

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Ordinance under the Seat of Government (Adminis- tration) Act 1910.

REAL PROPERTY (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE 1978

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Real Property (Amendment)

Ordinance 1978.*

2. In this Ordinance, " Principal Ordinance" means the Real

Property Ordinance 1925.f

3. This Ordinance shall come into operation on 3 October 1978.

(c)	by omitting "10" from the Third Column of Item 4 and substituting " 1 4 " ; and
(d)	by omitting "10" (wherever occurring) from the Third column of Item 6 and substituting " 1 4 " .

4. Section 138B of the Principal Ordinance is amended by omitting

" $10 " and substituting " $14 ".

5. The Eighteenth Schedule to the Principal Ordinance is

amended—

(a)	by omitting "10" from the Third Column of Item 1 and
substituting " 1 4 " ;
(b)	by omitting "10" from the Third Column of Item 2 and
substituting " 1 4 " ;
