AN ORDINANCE
To amend the Real Property Ordinance 1925
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Ordinance under the Seat of Government (Administration) Act 1910.

REAL PROPERTY (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE 1977
| 1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Real Property | (Amendment) |

2 . In this Ordinance, "Principal Ordinance" means the Real

3 . This Ordinance shall come into operation on 3 October 1977.

4. Section 66 of the Principal Ordinance is amended by omitting " , upon payment of the fee specified in the Eighteenth Schedule,".
5. Section 138B of the Principal Ordinance is amended by omitting " Two dollars " and substituting " $10 ".
6 . Section 139 of the Principal Ordinance is amended by omitting from sub-section (2) " items 1, 6, 7 and 8 " and substituting " items 1, 4, 5 and 6 ".

7 . The Eighteenth Schedule to the Principal Ordinance is repealed
and the following schedule substituted:—
