AN ORDINANCE

To amend the Real Property Ordinance 1925-1934.

BE it ordained by the Governor-General in and over the Executive Council, pursuant to the powers conferred by the Seat Commonwealth of Australia, with the advice of the Federal of Government Acceptance Act 1909 and the Seat of Government
{Administration) Act 1910-1933, as follows:—
1.— (1.) This Ordinance may be cited as the Real Properly short title and citation-
Ordinance 1936.

(2.) The Real Properly Ordinance 1925-1934 is in this Ordi-

nance referred to as the Principal Ordinance.

(3.) The Principal Ordinance, as amended by this Ordinance,

may be cited as the Real Property Ordinance 1925-1936.

2. Section sixty-four of the Principal Ordinance is amended by Registrar may

Authorised by the ACT Parliamentary Counsel—also accessible at

(&) by adding at the end thereof the following

paragraph:—

"or (e) a transfer to a body formed for religious, educational or charitable purposes, of a Crown lease of land required by the lease to be used for any such purposes or for the promotion of religious, educa- tional or charitable objects,".
