[1] On 6 July 2009 “The Real Estate Association of New South Wales” (REA NSW) applied for registration as an organisation pursuant to s.18(b) of the Fair Work (Registered Organistions) Act 2009.
[2] REA NSW is an organisation of employees under the Industrial Relations Act 1996 (NSW).
[3] I am satisfied that all of the requirements for registration exist. Accordingly, I am required to grant the application and I do so. The registration will take effect on 1 February 2010.
