AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (No. 4) 1990

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Real Estate and Business Agents

(General) Amendment Regulations (No. 4) 1990.

Regulation 5 amended

2. Regulation 5 of the Real Estate and Business Agents (General) Regulations

1979* is amended—

(a) in subregulation (1) by deleting in paragraph (b) "applicant" and

substituting the following—

Board "; and

(b) by repealing subregulation (2).
