Real Estate and Business Agents (General)

Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2014

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.           Citation

These regulations are the Real Estate and Business Agents
(General) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2014.

2.            Commencement

Delete regulation 5.

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day on which the Consumer Protection Legislation Amendment Act 2014 Part 10 comes into operation.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Real Estate and Business Agents
(General) Regulations 1979.

4.            Regulation 5 deleted

5.            Regulation 6 amended

(1)	In regulation 6(1) delete "the Schedule" and insert:
Schedule 1
(2)	In regulation 6(2) delete "the Schedule" and insert:
Schedule 1 to the Act
Note: The heading to amended regulation 6 is to read: Prescribed examinations (Act Sch. 1 cl. 1(a))

6.           Regulation 7AA amended

In regulation 7AA delete "bodies referred to in paragraphs (a),
(b) and (c)" and insert:

a body referred to in paragraph (a)

7.	Schedule 1 amended In Schedule 1 after item 8 insert:
9A.	Issue of duplicate licence, duplicate certificate of
registration or duplicate triennial certificate $28.00
