Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2012

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Real Estate and Business Agents

(General) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2012.

2.                    C'oni mencement

These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a) regulations I and 2 — on the day on hich these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(h) the rest of the regulations on the day after that day.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Real Estate and Business Agents

(General) Regidations 1979.

4.            Schedule 2 Form I replaced Delete Schedule 2 Form I and insert:

This order is the Prisons (West Kimberley Regional Prison)
Order 2012.

2.             Prison dechired

I declare Reserve No. 50039. being Lot 500 on Deposited
Plan 62533 (held by the Western Australian Land Information
Authority established by the Land Inf rination Authority

Ac12006). including the buildings and enclosures on it, to be a

prison, called the West Kimberley Regional Prison, within the
meaning and for the purposes of the Prisons Act 1981.
