Real Estate and Business Agents (General)

Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2011

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator in Executive
Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Real Estate and Business Agents
(General) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2011.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2011.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Real Estate and Business Agents
(General) Regulations 1979.

4.             Regulation 3 deleted

Delete regulation 3.

5.             Regulation 5 amended

Delete regulation 5(1)(a) and (b) and insert:

(a)	is to be in a form approved by the Commissioner; and
(b)	is to be published by the Commissioner in a newspaper with State-wide circulation as soon as practicable after the application is made.

6.             Schedule 2 amended

(1)	In Schedule 2 Form 2 delete “Real Estate and Business Agents
Supervisory Board” (each occurrence) and insert:
Department of Commerce — Consumer Protection
(2)	In Schedule 2 Form 3 delete “Real Estate and Business Agents
Supervisory Board” and insert:
Department of Commerce — Consumer Protection

7.             Schedule 3 amended

(1)	In Schedule 3 delete “Registrar” (each occurrence) and insert:
