Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2006

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Real Estate and Business Agents
(General) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2006.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Real Estate and
Business Agents (General) Regulations 1979* .

3.             Regulation 6B amended

Regulation 6B(c) is amended by deleting "regulation 6(a) or (b)." and inserting instead —

" regulation 6(1)(a) or (b). ".

4. Regulation 6G amended
Regulation 6G is amended by inserting before paragraph (a)

44

(aa) the heading "Trust Account Receipt";

5. Schedule 1 amended
Schedule 1 is amended by deleting items 8 and 9.
