REAL ESTATE AND BUSINESS AGENTS (GENERAL) AMENDMENT
REGULATIONS (No. 2) 1990
Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation1.These regulations may be cited as the Real Estate and Business Agents
(General) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1990.
Regulation 6 amended
2. Regulation 6 of the Real Estate and Business Agents (General) Regulations 1979* is amended by deleting paragraph (a) and substituting the following paragraph—
(a)
the examinations which are required to be passed, by the Technical and Further Education Division of the Education Department, for—
(i) the conferring of a Certificate in Real Estate Management; or
(ii) the completing of Stage 1 of an Associate Diploma of Business (Real Estate); ".
