Amendment Regulations 2010

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Real Estate and Business Agents

2298 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 28 May 2010

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a) regulations 1 and 2 - on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b) the rest of the regulations - on the day after that day.

3.           Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Real Estate and Business Agents
(General) Regulations 1979.

4.            Schedule 2 amended

In Schedule 2 Form 1 delete the passage that begins with
"Declaration" and ends with "Person]" and insert:

Statutory declaration

I/We,

[name, address and occupation ofperson(s) making the declaration]

sincerely declare as follows -

(a) the information provided by me/us in this application is true and correct;
(b) I/we do not intend to lease the dwelling, or permit it to be leased, for the period of 12 months after settlement on its purchase;
(c)

the principal place of residence of myself/ourselves and my/our

the dwelling, unless it is a partly built dwelling, is to be used as paragraph (b) of this declaration.

This declaration is true and I/we know that it is an offence to make a declaration knowing that it is false in a material particular.

This declaration is made under the Oaths, Affidavits and Statutory

Declarations Act 2005 at [place] on [date] by -
