Real Estate and Business Agents (General)

Amendment Regulations 2001

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.           Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Real Estate and Business
Agents (General) Amendment Regulations 2001.

2.            Regulation 11 amended

Regulation 11(b) of the Real Estate and Business Agents
(General) Regulations 1979* is amended as follows:

(a)

in subparagraph (i) by deleting "1%" and inserting " 4.5% ";

By Command of the Lieutenant-Governor
and deputy of the Governor, ROD SPENCER, Clerk of the Executive Council.

(b)	in subparagraph (ii) by deleting "64%" and inserting instead
44 57% ”;
(c)

in subparagraph (iii) by deleting "35%" and inserting " 38.5% ".
