REAL ESTATE AND BUSINESS AGENTS (GENERAL) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1997 Made by the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Real Estate and Business Agents
(General) Amendment Regulations 1997.
Commencement
2. These regulations come into operation on 1 July 1997.
Schedule 2 amended
3. Schedule 2 to the Real Estate and Business Agents (General) Regulations 1979* is amended by deleting Form 1 and substituting the following form —
