REAL ESTATE AND BUSINESS AGENTS (GENERAL) AMENDMENT

REGULATIONS 1996

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Real Estate and Business Agents

(General) Amendment Regulations 1996.

Regulation 6A amended

2. Regulation 6A of the Real Estate and Business Agents (General)

Regulations 1979* is amended —

(a)	by deleting "or" after paragraph (a);
(b)	after paragraph (b) by deleting the full stop and substituting the following —

By His Excellency's Command, J. PRITCHARD, Clerk of the Council.

;or "; and

(c) after paragraph (b) by inserting the following paragraph —

(c) Certificate III in Property Services conferred either by the Technical and Further Education Division of the Education Department or the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia Incorporated.
