REAL ESTATE AND BUSINESS AGENTS (GENERAL) AMENDMENT
REGULATIONS 1994
Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Real Estate and Business Agents
(General) Amendment Regulations 1994.
Commencement
2. These regulations come into operation on 6 October 1994.
Principal regulations
3. In these regulations the Real Estate and Business Agents (General)
Regulations 1979* are referred to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 7B inserted
4. After regulation 7A of the principal regulations the following regulation
is inserted —
Prescribed amount for purposes of section 131M (3)
7B. For the purposes of section 131M (3) the prescribed maximum amount is $2 000. fl.
Schedule 2 amended
5. Schedule 2 to the principal regulations is amended by deleting Form
No. 1 and substituting the following form —
