AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1991
Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Real Estate and Business Agents
(General) Amendment Regulations 1991.
Regulation 11AA amended
2. Regulation 11AA of the Real Estate and Business Agents (General) Regula-tions 1979* is amended—
(a) in paragraph (a) by deleting "49%" and substituting the following- " 25% "; (b) in paragraph (b) by deleting "1%" and substituting the following- and
(c) in paragraph (c) by deleting "50%" and substituting the following- " 25% ".
