ERRATUM

REAL ESTATE AND BUSINESS AGENTS ACT 1978 REAL ESTATE AND BUSINESS AGENTS (GENERAL)

AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1990

Whereas an error occurred in the notice published under the above heading on page 2723 of
Government Gazette No. 57 dated 15 June 1990 it is corrected as follows—

Under the heading "Regulation 11B amended" delete the following passage in subsection (a)— for the purpose of providing persons, licensed or registered under the Act, with instructional and facilitation skills necessary to prevent effective group training sessions; "; and

and insert—

for the purpose of providing persons, licensed or registered under the Act, with instructional

and facilitation skills necessary to present effective group training sessions; "; and
