M84/2020
This application for special leave to appeal from a judgment of the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Victoria (Tate and T Forrest JJA) does not identify any reason to doubt the correctness of the decision of the Court. An appeal to this Court raises no question of general principle sufficient to warrant the grant of special leave to appeal and would not enjoy sufficient prospects of success to warrant the grant of special leave to appeal. The application should be dismissed.
Pursuant to r 41.08.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application with costs.
