THE PRESIDENT: This is an application under s 639 (1) of the Industrial Relations Act 1999 by a director of the Queensland Fruit and Vegetable Growers, Union of Employers for an order deregistering that union. The application is made on the basis of s 638(g). I am satisfied that that ground has been made out. I am satisfied that all necessary procedural requirements have been made out. I am satisfied it is appropriate to make a deregistration order and I would order that the Queensland Fruit and Vegetable Growers, Union of Employers be deregistered.
