THE PRESIDENT: This is an application under section 639(1) of the Industrial Relations Act 1999 by the president of the Australian Community Services Employers Association Queensland, Union of Employers for an order deregistering that union. The application is made on the basis of section 638(g). I am satisfied that that ground has been made out. I am satisfied that all necessary procedural requirements have been made out. I am satisfied it is appropriate to make a deregistration order. No incidental orders are sought.

I would order that the Australian Community Services Employers Association Queensland, Union of Employers is deregistered.
