HEREAS by the Re-appropriation Loan Act (50 Vic., No. 23)

WExtension of the Telegraph System to Kimberley Goldfields, Wyndham,a sum of Sixty thousand pounds was appropriated for the

Further Re-appropriation Loan Act, 1889

whereas there remains of the said sum of Sixty thousand pounds an unexpended balance sufficient for the purpose hereinafter mentioned ; And whereas it is expedient to appropriate out of the said balance a sum of Six thousand one hundred and eighty-two pounds seven shillings and eight pence for the Telegraph, Roebourne to Derby : Be it there- fore enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Western Australia and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council thereof, as follows :—

Re-appropriation

of certainmoneys sum of Sixty thousand pounds in the Schedule to the Re-appropriation

1. It shall be lawful for the Governor to appropriate out of the said Loan Act (50 Vie., No. 23) appropriated to the work Extension of the Telegraph System to Kimberley Goldfields, Wyndham, and South Australian Border in the East Kimberley District, a sum of Six thousand one hundred and eighty-two pounds seven shillings and eight pence for the purpose of completing the construction of the Telegraph, Roebourne to Derby.
