RAVI KANTH BACHALIKURA
v
MINISTER FOR IMMIGRATION AND BORDER PROTECTION & ANOR
[2016] HCASL 107
S67/2016
The applicant has not identified a question of law sufficient to warrant the grant of special leave to appeal and otherwise advances no arguable ground of appeal against the decision of Gleeson J of the Federal Court of Australia. An appeal to this Court would enjoy no prospect of success.
As the applicant is not represented, the matter falls to be dealt with under r 41.10 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth). Pursuant to r 41.10.5, we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application.
