AN ACT to validate certain Rates struck by the Council of the Municipality of Day Dawn.

[Assented to 30th September, 1904.]

with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parlia-

said municipality, as defined by proclamation dated the thirty-first day of August, one thousand nine hundred and four, and published in the Government Gazette on the second day of September, one thousand nine hundred and four, including the land thereby annexed to the said municipality, shall he deemed to have been lawfully struck; and all things necessary to be done in and towards

the striking of such rates shall be deemed to have been duly performed, and all actions and proceedings taken by the said council for the recovery of such rates shall be deemed to have been lawfully taken ; and the said rates may be recovered by the said council as if, to all intents and purposes, the boundaries of the said municipality had been originally constituted as defined by the said proclamation.
