Rates and Land Rent (Relief) Regulations1 (Amendment)

The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following Regulations under the Rates and Land Rent (Relief) Act 1970 .

1. Commencement

   These Regulations commence on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette.

2. Substitution

   Regulation 3 of the Rates and Land Rent (Relief) Regulations is repealed and the following regulation substituted:

3. Rate of interest

   For the purposes of subsection 23 (3) of the Act, the prescribed rate is 16.5% per annum.”.
