Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2011

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator in Executive
Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Rates and Charges (Rebates and
Deferments) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2011.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2011.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Rates and Charges (Rebates and
Deferments) Regulations 1992.

4.             Regulation 3 amended

In regulation 3 in the Table after the item beginning “1/7/10 —

30/6/11” insert:

1/7/11 — 30/6/12 $86.60 $175.75 $23.35 $257.45
