Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2001

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.           Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Rates and Charges (Rebates and Deferments) Amendment

24 July 2001 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 3733

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2001.

3.            Regulation 3 amended

Regulation 3 of the Rates and Charges (Rebates and
Deferments) Regulations 1992* is amended as follows:

(a)	by deleting "section 40(5)(a)" and inserting instead — " section 40(9)(a) ";
(b)	in paragraph (b)(iii) by deleting the full stop and inserting instead —

(iv) in the case of a charge by way of

rates S188.10.
