Rates and Charges (Rebates and

Deferments) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1998

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Rates and Charges (Rebates and Deferments) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1998.
2.	Commencement These regulations come into operation on 1 July 1998.

3.             Regulation 3 amended

Regulation 3 of the Rates and Charges (Rebates and
Deferments) Regulations 1992* is amended as follows —

(a)

in paragraph (a), by deleting “30 June 1996 but not after 30 “ 30 June 1997 but not after 30 June 1998 ”;

(b)

in paragraph (a)(i) by deleting “$55.70” and substituting “ $57.95 ”;

(c)

in paragraph (a)(ii) by deleting “$90.20” and substituting “ $93.80 ”;

(d)

in paragraph (a)(iii) by deleting “$10.05” and substituting “ $10.45 ”;

(e)

in paragraph (b), by deleting “30 June 1997 but not after 30 “ 30 June 1998 but not after 30 June 1999 ”;

(f)

in paragraph (b)(i) by deleting “$57.95” and substituting “ $59.70 ”;

(g)

in paragraph (b)(ii) by deleting “$93.80” and substituting “ $96.60 ”;

(h)

in paragraph (a)(iii) by deleting “$10.45” and substituting “ $10.75 ”.
