Made by the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

1.   Citation

3450 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 27 June 2017

2.   Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3. Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Rates and Charges (Rebates and
Deferments) Regulations 1992.

4.           Regulation 3 amended

In regulation 3 in the Table after the item relating to the

1/7/16 — 30/6/17 rating year insert:

5. Regulation 4 amended

(1)	In regulation 4(1) in the Table after the item relating to the 1/7/16 — 30/6/17 rating year insert:

(2)	In regulation 4(2) delete "'rating year of 2016 — 2017.- and
insert:
rating years of 2016 — 2017 and 2017 — 2018,
