Amendment Regulations 2007

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Rates and Charges (Rebates and
Deferments) Amendment Regulations 2007.

2.             The regulations amended

The amendment in these regulations is to the Rates and Charges
(Rebates and Deferments) Regulations 1992*.

3.             Regulation 3 amended

The Table to regulation 3 is amended by inserting the following
row at the end of the Table —
